Founded in 2007 by Sherrard Manohar assisted by his wife Helen Sherrard, Jesus Miracles Ministries began its mission, by the grace of God, through evangelism in and around Chennai in the state of Tamil Nadu, India.

Sherrard Manohar had been the vice president in a private MNC firm and his wife Helen Sherrard, a cosmetologist, having run their own business, and both having done their Theological studies,own business, and both having done their Theological studies, were called to serve the Lord in the year 2007, and since then have dedicated their lives for God's purpose. were called to serve the Lord in the year 2007, and since then have dedicated their lives for God's purpose.

Jesus Miracles Ministries' Christian mission is to reach out to the poor, needy, downtrodden, and also the lost for Christ through the gospel. It's recent mission was to New Delhi in North India, and Nepal in 2015. This ministry is also being engaged in missions called "Feed Nepal" and "Reuniting Chennai."

"Feed Nepal" focusses on the people afflicted by the countless number of earthquakes that took place in Nepal in the beginning of 2015.

"Reuniting Chennai" focusses on the people afflicted by the floods in Chennai since November 2015.
